How did I celebrate Fathers Day?

I made a cheesecake. What I seem to be able to do best in the kitchen without stuffing up :P

On today's menu: Lemon and blueberry cheesecake

So this was done by making the same cheesecake I did for the lime and fluro pink cheesecake, but this time with lemon. :)
Then on top was a blueberry sauce - was heated in a pan with some sugar, added cornflour to thicken it up a bit, and ta da :D Blueberry sauce that was poured on top once the cheesecake had set.

It wasn't half bad. :D
