mel in the milkyway: Bright green lime cheesecake

currently: struggling with my media assignment *sigh*

So on Friday, I had two of my 4 assignments done.
So I celebrated. By baking another cheesecake.
Much like the pink one I made, except this one in lime green.

And twice as bubbly. Which made it look weird....

And the biscuit base had too much butter/too much crumb, so its quite hard to cut.
Reason why I haven't got a photo of a slice of it - it falls apart with the base stuck to the bottom.
Still tastes good though. Just need to work on how I do it.
